(established in 2018) is a private company run by professionals which serves society to enhance the capacity of people and institutions and contribute to win their development goals. We offer various services for the capacity building of individual, group and institutions with practical knowledge, ideas and skills.

We support to the development of society and nation by promoting engagement of youth, women, persons with disabilities and other marginalized community in development process through their capacity building. We support government and non- government institutions to build their capacity on addressing the issues of marginalized community in their overall development policies, programs and practices.
