The Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD) is the focal Ministry of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan mandated to work on Labour Affairs, Social Protection and Welfare and providing services for persons with disabilities and families of Martyrs.

Establishing the New Government Organization under the name of State Ministry for Disabled and Martyrs Affairs

Based on the necessities and requirements of the Disabled persons, the Government Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is in the process of establishing the Independent Department for persons with Disabilities to overcome effectively and exclusively all the obstacles faced by the affected persons.

To facilitate the working procedures for public the afghan ministry of labor, social Affairs, Martyrs and disabled is establishing a one stop shop counters inside the ministry compound to avoid long range of paperwork’s and make the process easy for the people to get their paper work done properly and smoothly.

Part of the afghan government general commitment is to support those disabled candidates who have been nominated to run the 2018 parliamentary elections in the country and to give them all their rights that they deserve based on the applicable laws of the country.
